Working America

Friend,

Did you know that the U.S. Postal Service is the most well-liked federal agency? USPS provides critical services to the American public, but now it’s at risk. If we don’t all act soon, USPS could be privatized.

Tell the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors: Don’t privatize the Postal Service!

The U.S. Postal Service is facing very real threats of privatization by the Trump administration, a move that could mean higher shipping prices hitting your wallet and an uncertain future for the postal workers who deliver your mail every day.

Tell the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors that we need to protect the U.S. Postal Service from the Trump administration’s privatization agenda.

Turning the USPS over to greedy corporate interests would hit rural Americans especially hard, making affordable mail delivery a privilege for the wealthy and those in big cities. If the Trump administration successfully pressures the agency into bringing on a new Postmaster General that’s in the pocket of big business, we could see a reduction in mail delivery days, price increases and the end of delivery to every U.S. address.

Privatization of the postal service would chip away at a fundamental keystone of the right to information and privacy unencumbered by profit motives.

Now’s the time to stand up and protect our postal service.

Contact the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors and let them know you support keeping a public Postal Service.

In solidarity,

Sydney Roberts
