Dear John,
As we begin a brand new year, we want to thank you for supporting First Liberty in our historic 2022. We gained victory after victory, and we couldn’t have done it without your support.
Now, we are set up to have an even bigger 2023. We’ve already secured an early win in New York with our 2nd Amendment case, and we’re poised for even more in the weeks to come.
Two of our cases, Sweet Cakes by Melissa, and Gerald Groff, are currently in review at the U.S. Supreme Court. After the Court convenes on January 6th, we could hear any day whether they will take these cases.
Now more than ever before, we are winning at the highest level, and we can’t wait to see what God is going to do in 2023. Here’s a short video unpacking this month across the Institute:

Thanks to you, we have the opportunity to blow open the door on religious freedom in 2023. The Sweet Cakes and Groff cases could radically change how both employers and employees of faith live out their beliefs in the workplace. Both cases have the potential to be stunning victories at the Supreme Court.
Plus, we’re continuing our Restoring Faith in America initiative. With our historic wins in 2022, we can now restore faith where it once was snuffed out across the country. Learn how you can help turn America back to its First Freedom by clicking here.
We’re glad you’re a part of the First Liberty family. Now, let’s win more than ever before!
Grateful for you,
Kelly
