Maine Conservation Voters and other allied Maine organizations will be submitting positive comments and constructive feedback. Here at MCV, we are particularly excited about the plan’s commitment to environmental monitoring and mitigation, consistent collaboration with the fishing industry, and the creation of a floating offshore wind innovation hub to take advantage of technological developments in the industry. The University of Maine’s offshore wind program is contributing key research, keeping Maine at the forefront of the field.
