John, yesterday, we expected to celebrate Jamaal's swearing in for his second term representing NY-16 in Congress.
But that didn't happen — because of Republican chaos and disarray, for the first time in 100 years the House didn't elect a Speaker on the first ballot.
John, we STILL don't know who's in charge of the House. This is just a preview of the dysfunction that the next few years of a Republican majority have in store. And it proves that we really, really need a strong, unified progressive wing in Congress to push back.
To keep Jamaal's progressive advocacy going strong no matter what happens on Capitol Hill, can you chip in to keep him fighting for us in Congress?

Jamaal's first term began just days before the January 6th attack on the Capitol. His second begins with procedural chaos that we haven't seen since 1923. It's clear to see that we need to be prepared for anything and everything our opposition throws our way.
So it's now that honest, principled representation really matters. While the other side is descending into chaos over power plays, sham investigations, and petty fights, Jamaal's looking out for NY-16. Because that's the job.
If you're with us to support Jamaal, and you can today, please make a contribution to keep up this important work.
Thanks for your support — all of Team Bowman really appreciates it.
