Last month, SCOTUS heard oral arguments in Moore v. Harper, a case that could give state legislators near-total power over federal elections. And, from overturning Roe v. Wade to harming the EPA’s ability to fight climate change, it’s clear that the Supreme Court’s rulings don’t reflect what the majority of Americans want.

One proposed solution from Congressional Democrats is to expand the Supreme Court. But increasing the number of justices on the court is controversial, so we are polling our supporters to see what local Democrats think about it.
