We want to pull back the curtain and explain why we’re asking you to rush in $5 as we kick off 2023:

1. Republicans are just hours away from officially taking power in the House and ripping all of our progress to shreds.

2. Democrats left it ALL on the field to defy history in the midterms -- which means we’re running dangerously low on resources to fight back.

3. It’s absolutely critical for us to have a HISTORIC fundraising push in these first days of the year to replenish our resources and prove we have what it takes to kick every last House Republican OUT of office. We’re calling for 2,023 gifts before midnight to OUTRAISE House Republicans and hand them a MASSIVE loss. >> [link removed]

We laid it all on the line in this election -- and now Democrats’ bank accounts are nearly EMPTY.

But to win competitive races and retake the House, we desperately need to replenish our bank accounts -- and fast.
