This year we plan to continue our grassroots organizing work to advance reproductive freedom at both the federal and state level. There is still so much work to be done: 17 states are currently enforcing bans on abortion, and in 2023, anti-choice lawmakers are gearing up to push for even more.

We need Congress to prioritize legislation that will protect and expand abortion access, including the Women's Health Protection (WHPA) Act and the Equal Access to Abortion Coverage (EACH) Act.

We need state legislatures to restore and protect abortion rights and access, and we need to ensure anti-choice extremists don't pass more cruel restrictions in states across the country.
