We recently launched the #MyHealthyWisconsin photo campaign which allows folks from all over (not just Wisconsin!) to envision what a healthy Wisconsin looks like to them. This photo campaign is in conjunction with our #WIFights292 campaign.
Pamela presented on fake clinics in Missouri at NCJW-St. Louis December lunch-and-learn. Additionally, Pamela worked with Black women leaders to organize a community response to defend Jamaa Birth Village, which was covered on NPR: St. Louis Public Radio.
Shireen spoke about self-managed abortion at the Columbia Mailman School of Public Health with representatives from If/When/How, The National Institute for Reproductive Health, and The Roosevelt Institute at Columbia.
Organizing fellow Brittany Jones organized and facilitated “The History of Reproductive Oppression in Black and Brown Communities.” Thirty-eight participants learned how Missouri’s The Right Time initiative empowers individuals through access and knowledge, and about the impact of reproductive oppression in Black and brown communities.
Erin began as a 2019 Fellow for Leaders in Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice with the Rockwood Leadership Institute. The first session she attended was profound, and pretty.
