We’re just a few hours into Republicans’ control of the House of Representatives, and it’s already a mess. 

For the first time in a hundred years, a floor vote for Speaker of the House failed after Kevin McCarthy was unable to win the necessary majority to be elected. In fact, at the moment I'm writing this, Kevin McCarthy has failed THREE floor votes with no end in sight. 

Republicans can’t even agree on their first order of business. And if this is a sign of things to come, it’s going to be a long couple of years filled with chaos and disorder.
