John,

Happy New Year Everyone!

First, the whole team and I want to truly thank everyone once again for helping during my congressional election. It was such an honor to be the Democratic candidate for Ohio’s 7th district.

Don’t worry. I am not writing to ask for money. I just want to keep the connection we fostered since April of 2021. Once a month or so I will write and give you my thoughts. I am hoping that we can keep each other motivated to make a positive change coming into 2023 and moving into the 2024 presidential election.

Overall we won Cuyahoga County as a whole. This was a shock not only to the GOP, but also paves the way for further successes.

Here is an XLS of the data from our race. Feel free to use it and share it. It is all public data.

Some notable results: Bay Village, Rocky River, Solon, Berea, Brooklyn, Fairview Park, North Olmsted, and Olmsted Falls are all solid BLUE.

This is amazing because as I moved around the county, people would comment that these cities were “Solid Red.” This goes to show the massive amount of work and commitment that people within those communities have been putting in. Thank You.

There are also some places that are very close to turning Blue in 2023 & 2024. Those cities are: Olmsted Township, Parma, Middleburg Hts, Brook Park, & Brecksville.

These are cities that are Red by only the smallest margins. I am hopeful that with a message of uniting not dividing, and focusing on local issues that bring prosperity to every household we can usher in a roadmap to a bright future for Ohio.

Finally, on January 3rd the 118th congress is getting sworn in. There will be a lot of new faces in D.C. who have made lots of promises. Follow your congressperson closely and make sure they are living up to their promises, and voting in a way that reflects your values and your interests.

Again, Happy New Year! Here is to a 2023 of fulfilling work.
