We're going to court to defend a pro-life nurse against intolerable discrimination at a state university . . .

John,

Imagine if "being pro-life" could cost you your job. It's happening and we're fighting back in court.

A federal judge just upheld our lawsuit on behalf of a pro-life nurse who was denied a teaching job for "being pro-life."

Now the case goes to trial where we will defend this nurse's rights to teach AND be pro-life in front of a jury.

Even the judge agreed that there is plenty of evidence for a jury to find that the head of the search committee (a former Planned Parenthood employee) was "tying together 'being pro-life' with the 'inability to teach' at Indiana University - an animus deserving no place in hiring decisions at a prestigious state university."

That is truly twisted logic. Moreover, it's blatant discrimination, it's pro-abortion, and it cannot be tolerated - especially in a taxpayer-funded educational institution.

A world where "being pro-life" means you're banned from the medical field is a world where abortion increases dramatically and countless babies die.

We're going to court to defend the rights of all pro-life medical professionals and the lives of unborn babies. But we need YOU with us.

Sign Our Petition: Defend Life. Defend Pro-Life Nurses.
