Stephen Greenwald serves as President of the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists and as Vice-President and Board Member of the International Association based in Israel. He is also member of the Board of the New York University Law School Alumni Association and was the recipient of The Thurgood Marshall Award from the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and The Tree of Life Award from the Jewish National Fund.
Stanley Fink serves as Treasurer of the AAJLJ. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Marietta College in OH (and served as President of its Alumni Association), followed by an LL.B/JD from Washington & Lee University School of Law in VA. Stan is with the present firm of FINK ROSNER ERSHOW-LEVENBERG, LLC. in New Jersey, where practices and teaches real estate law. Stan is a past recipient of the Professional Lawyer of the Year award from the UCBA and the NJ Commission on Professionalism in the Law. He also received the Community Service award from the YM-YWHA of Union County. Stan is a Past-President of Temple Beth O'r in Clark, NJ, and has served as Religious Vice-President and Board member of Congregation Anshe Chesed in Linden, NJ.
Harold Halpern is a long-serving Board Member of the AAJLJ. He received his JD from University Buffalo 1958, cum laude and is admitted to practice in NY and FL. He served as Chair of the NY State Bar Committee on Professional Discipline.Harold is a Board Member of the AAJLJ and of the American Jewish Committee, West Coast Florida AJC. He is a recipient of the Benderson Community Service Award from Buffalo Jewish Federation, Community Relations Award from the AJC, Buffalo, and Community Service Award from the Foundation for Jewish Philanthropies, Buffalo. Harold was President of Kadimah, Buffalo Day School, and of the Buffalo Bureau of Jewish Education. Harold has served as legal counsel for Buffalo Jewish Federation and as Vice President, as well as serving on Boards of his synagogues in Buffalo and Sarasota. He also served as General Counsel to Calamar Enterprises for over 15 years, and currently works as a legal consultant and is active in the Sarasota Retired Lawyers Association.
