Register and organize for the January 8 Sare for Senate Policy Discussion

Can Nuclear War Be Avoided?

The answer to that question is yes, but only if the United States becomes a trustworthy partner.  It is for that reason that my campaign is hosting an urgent policy discussion on Sunday, January 8 from 2 - 4 pm EST. I have asked experienced retired military figures like Col. Richard Black, and Scott Ritter, as well as scientist and author Steve Starr, and Schiller Institute founder Helga Zepp-LaRouche to share their assessment of the global strategic situation so that the American people have an opportunity to consider the danger we are currently facing, and how it might possibly be avoided.  I do this because if our Congress were moral and courageous, these individuals would be addressing an emergency hearing to determine how to bring the war in Ukraine to a halt before we cross the threshold to the unthinkable: thermonuclear war.

If we are to avoid World War III, and usher in a new era of peaceful relations among nations, the nation which must be brought to account is not Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, or even the Nazi-infested totalitarian regime in Ukraine. The nation whose actions can alleviate the current crisis and also change the world for generations to come is the United States.  That is why I have announced my candidacy for U.S. Senate in 2024, and why I am asking all Americans, not only New Yorkers, to participate in this urgently needed symposium on January 8.  My guests are not participating for the purpose of endorsing my candidacy in an election which will occur after the crucial moment of decision, but to alert the American people to the very grave danger we face, and your responsibility to address it.

You are already suffering as a result of the profound corruption of the current administration, as reflected in the 108,000 drug overdose deaths in the past year, but we didn’t arrive at this low point in our national existence overnight.  My mentor Lyndon LaRouche, a World War II veteran, frequently referenced the untimely death of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, just one month before VE Day in 1945, which created a devastating hole which was filled by pro-British Empire stooge Harry S Truman, who made the decision to drop not one, but two nuclear bombs on major cities in Japan, killing hundreds of thousand of people, even though the Japanese Emperor Hirohito was already negotiating the terms of surrender with the Vatican. Truman’s decision to drop those bombs unleashed an era of terror, which was the intent.

After the death of FDR, the FBI and other so-called “intelligence agencies,” like the newly-created CIA, became the controllers of American political life, dictating policy to elected officials, who willingly or unwillingly mostly complied.  President John F. Kennedy was an exception. He averted a nuclear war with the Soviet Union during the Cuban Missile Crisis, in spite of treacherous actions by members of his own cabinet, including the nefarious Allen Dulles.

When Kennedy was assassinated, the Warren Commission produced a report which everyone knew was a cover-up, but enough people were not willing to challenge it. As a result, there were three more political assassinations: Malcolm X, on Feb. 21, 1965; Martin Luther King, Jr., on April 4, 1968; and likely next president, Robert Kennedy, on June 5, 1968.  Since that time, the United States has been a zombie state, ruled by unseen, unelected powers steering us into nuclear Armageddon, as we destroy ourselves from within.

How can any nation on the planet trust us, when we refuse to purge our nation of these evil elements from within our own institutions?

The documents on the Kennedy assassination must be released, and our government must uphold its sworn commitment to the principles expressed in the preamble to our Constitution, particularly the establishment of Justice and the promotion of the General Welfare.  Because of the content and the censorship policy of most social media platforms, this symposium will not be broadcast on any other platforms.
