"Our message to Brazil is one of hope and reconstruction," declared newly sworn-in president as hundreds of thousands took to the streets to welcome the leftist leader back.
"All the contributions they make and all their lobbying money gives them a lot of power," Democratic Rep. Peter Welch said of the pharmaceutical industry.
