John, this can't wait: Brady just fell short of their $150,000 end of year goal, and we can't afford to miss our opportunity to pass life-saving legislation and defeat the NRA. Luckily, this generous group of donors has agreed to EXTEND the match offer for one more chance to hit this goal — but only until midnight tonight. Can you rush a $5 donation right now to close the gap in time and help Brady end gun violence once and for all?

It never feels good to fall short of a goal, but there's a whole extra layer to it when it's for Brady. I'm a gun violence survivor myself, like the people who lead Brady every day. For survivors like us, these goals aren't about numbers — they're about lives. They're about preventing other families from ever having to endure the pain that our families have.

So when we fall short of a goal like this, especially at the end of the year — the biggest fundraising opportunity of the year for an organization like Brady — I can't help but think: Every dollar that we fall short is a dollar we can't spend saving lives and fighting back against the NRA.

That's why it's such a big deal that this match has been EXTENDED to midnight tonight — and why I'm counting on you to give. We're running out of time to close the gap, so please: Will you donate $5 or more NOW — every dollar will go twice as far — to hit Brady's goal, defeat the NRA and its bought-and-paid-for politicians, and pass life-saving legislation that can finally end gun violence?

Thank you for fighting the good fight with Brady. I know we can do this.
