We pray for deep rest and restoration in this coming year. We release urgency. We call forth the ability to summon our own inner compass, to remember how to listen to our own intuition – to let our bodies be our guide. We ask ourselves, how can we cultivate joy, curate fulfillment and live into our healing. We summon deep rest in this year of 2023.

As we open 2023 with ease, we are revisiting our keynote sermon from the one and only, Tricia Hersey ([link removed]) , the Nap Bishop. She asks us to study the ways in which our divinity, higher purpose and the ability to resist violent and oppressive systems are intertwined with how we access rest and imagination and our dream space.

We invite you to slow down and enjoy this offering from The Nap Ministry which took place at the Opening Ceremony in Detroit, Midnight City, on a summer’s evening in 2022 at the first ever hybrid Allied Media Conference.

“Release your urgency. Less is more. There is spaciousness.”

With love,

Allied Media Projects
