As the President of CitizenGO, I am constantly faced with difficult decisions about how to best utilize our financial resources.

From month to month, week to week, and sometimes even day to day.

CitizenGO must always be aware of our income and expenses in order to be a faithful steward of what we have been given.

Our activism must always fit the reality of our budget.

Admittedly, it can be very stressful.

But when generous CitizenGO supporters like you agree to a one-time donation, it enables us to plan farther-reaching, more thorough, and -- ultimately -- more successful programs.

Dear John,

As 2022 is coming to a close, I just re-examined CitizenGO's budget one more time, and am worried: donations have plummeted drastically compared to last year.

Leftist economic policies, inflation, high energy prices, and the war in Ukraine cause the cost of living to skyrocket hurting families. This is affecting our organization’s war chest.

But while donations are down at CitizenGO, the anti-life and anti-family organizations and lobbies continue to rely on donations from Governments and billionaires (like George Soros or Bill Gates) worldwide to impose their delusional agenda.

My team and I at CitizenGO haven't stopped fighting -- even for a second -- for life, family, and liberty throughout 2022 (you can find below a summary of our battles) no matter how burdensome and expensive this war has become.

But if this downward fundraising trend continues, we won't have the cash to keep on fighting in 2023.

Which is why I have a knot in my stomach looking at our budget numbers. So I'm writing to you today with an urgent question:

Will you make a one time donation to CitizenGO to help us be the voice (your voice) the political class censors and the media elites don’t want us to have, in 2023?

As Owen explained in an email a couple of weeks ago, we have overcome tremendous obstacles to obtain lots of impactful actions and extraordinary victories in 2022.

CitizenGO supporters responded to the outbreak of the war in Ukraine with selfless generosity, supporting humanitarian organizations like Caritas in Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, and Ukraine that helped thousands of refugees who desperately fled from the bombs and death.

We fought (and still do) against the attempts to extend the Covid-related freedom restrictions imposed by bureaucrats to control citizens. We also opposed mandatory vaccination policies in many countries across the globe.

In May, we stopped an attempt from the Left to include the mislabeled “hate speech” as a type of crime in the European Union, as they obsessively sought a legal tool to turn Christians into criminals when expressing our beliefs on topics like the LGBT lobby or transgenderism publicly.

Of course, CitizenGO’s efforts were not limited to merely reacting to events.

Thanks to supporters like you, CitizenGO is empowered to set our own agenda, taking the fight to the far-Left!

CitizenGO’s campaigns helped encourage the Supreme Court of the United States to overturn Roe vs. Wade. You and me, and many others, contributed to knocking down one of the main abortionist landmarks across the globe.

In the United Nations, we fought to stop the radical leftist agenda of the 66th Commission on the Status of Women, which was focused on pushing for abortion, promoting the LGTBI agenda, and advocating for radical feminism in government policy.

Not only that, but our worldwide election efforts opposed far-Left candidates, exposing politicians who claim to support our values but instead cower before our political enemies and the media.

Unfortunately -- and unsurprisingly -- our enemies do not want these victories to go unpunished.

This year, once again, pro-abortion lobbies, in close coordination with far-Left media, organized events in the European Parliament and elsewhere to attack and defame CitizenGO and ask, once again, for the censoring of our speech.

Our CitizenGO colleagues, Ann Kioko of Kenya and Caroline Farrow of the United Kingdom, are under terrible personal attacks for their principled and effective work as CitizenGO campaigners.

As you will remember, some weeks ago the British police barged into Caroline’s house and arrested her without a warrant, just because she was wrongfully accused by a transgender activist who wanted to see Caroline’s life and CitizenGO destroyed by law.

On behalf of the entire CitizenGO team, I would like to thank you for standing alongside Caroline and all the campaigners during this dangerous attack and giving us hope to keep on fighting more than ever before.

They attacked us because they know that thanks to you and millions of other supporters, we are making a huge impact, exposing their lies and stopping their harmful plans.

I hope it’s clear that it is the support of CitizenGO members like you that helps us keep going through all the setbacks and hardships. You make our victories possible so your help is crucial -- especially now that we need to tackle a downward trend in donations due to the crisis.

Government agencies, the media, Hollywood, and pro-abortion lobbies, have budgets that run into the billions of Dollars.

Fortunately, you and I don’t have to match them Dollar for Dollar.

Our grassroots organizational tactics have a proven history of success on much smaller budgets.

And while we might not have the budget of a government agency or a multinational lobby funded by George Soros, we still have an ambitious agenda for the year ahead.

I am currently reviewing thousands of answers to the survey Owen Stevens sent to you and all CitizenGO members worldwide some days ago. I am thankful that so many people are showing their appreciation towards what you, me and all CitizenGO members do. And we want to double our effort in 2023, focusing on stopping the transgender and LGBTIQ+ indoctrination of children (74.3% of respondents marked this option), defending the lives of pre-born babies (60.3%), protecting marriage and family (46.7%), and the other priorities that you are helping us to set.

To list just a few of the important programs we are either planning or working on:

Protect life, family, and freedom in the U.S. and internationally;
Oppose and defund the radical pro-abortion and LGBTI agendas at the powerful United Nations and their World Health Organization;
Uphold our ongoing fight to end LGBTQ lobby and gender ideology indoctrination at Disney parks and in Disney films and productions (and leverage the opportunity that comes from the change of leadership at Disney);
Stop the censorship of Christian, pro-Life, and pro-Liberty thought on Social Media and other online platforms;
Fight back against filthy, blasphemous, and transgender propaganda on popular streaming services like Netflix; and
Continue to impact elections and legislation in the U.S. and other countries on behalf of life, family, and liberty.
Fight against the LGBTQ indoctrination in schools and in our culture.

It is my fervent prayer that you will help CitizenGO finish strong this year and continue your support in the year ahead.
