I just got out of my weekly check-in with our finance team, and I have some bad news to share with you:

We are less than two weeks into January and not on pace to reach our very first fundraising goal of 2020.

I'm a little worried because our race is a top target for Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, and their billionaire buddies who will spend whatever it takes to defeat me.

If our campaign doesn't begin this critical election year with the strongest numbers possible, then I'm afraid Republican mega-donors and right-wing groups will think Minnesota is theirs for the taking.
