As we look forward to the year ahead and the next chapter of our work to build a better future, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your support and dedication to our movement.

Whether it was sharing our positive message with your friends and family, raising your hand to connect with more Canadians on the phones or on the doorsteps, or chipping in to help us reach our crucial online fundraising goals – you’ve been at the heart of it all, friend.

Over the past year, we have made significant progress in building a better future for Canadians.

We’ve made life more affordable by cutting child care fees in half across the country and moving forward with $10-a-day child care. We’ve continued to cut pollution to fight climate change and protect our environment for future generations. We’ve made our communities safer by making it illegal to buy, sell, and transfer handguns. And we’ve created new jobs, strengthened our middle class, and continued to build an economy that works for all Canadians.

That’s real progress.

But Pierre Poilievre is calling Canada broken – and proposing reckless policies that would risk our economy, our safety, and our pocketbooks. From weakening our gun laws to promoting volatile crypto-currencies to ‘opt-out’ of inflation, and pushing cuts to services that Canadians rely on.

Pierre Poilevre wants to roll back our progress for Canadians, and we can’t let that happen. The fact is, none of our work would be possible without your support, friend.

There is still a lot to be done, but with your help, I have no doubt that we’ll continue this momentum into 2023 and keep Canada moving forward – for everyone.
