In the 2018 election, voter turnout here in Iowa increased from 15% to 27%.
We need to increase that percentage even more for the June 2 Iowa Democratic primary. That’s the only way we’ll get a progressive nominee to unseat Joni Ernst, and the history of Iowa U.S. Senate races in the last few cycles indicates that a centrist candidate can’t take down Ernst.
We’re the only campaign that has what it takes: a stark contrast to Ernst that places people over profits and never accepts corporate PAC or corporate lobbyist money.
The combined support we’re seeing for progressive presidential candidates shows we can stand against the corporate PAC and party machine that controls over our government.
