Our collective dream of having an economy that benefits everyone and not just the wealthy hasn’t come true yet, and we need your help to keep pushing while protecting the progress we have already made. • Raise the fight against Amazon: we are taking the fight against Amazon to another level by resourcing, organizing, and helping workers and their communities at key Amazon warehouses and distribution centers.
• Training the next generation: through our Advancing Black Strategists Initiative, we continue to train and develop the next generation of worker leaders with rigorous academic coursework and hands-on campaign strategy.
• Protecting workers: we will continue to support and connect our network partners who are setting precedents and defending workers in innovative ways at the state and local levels.
• Fighting like hell: you will see us stand in solidarity and out in the streets, fighting for all the people who are organizing against corporate greed. 

I know you all understand why 2023 will be so critical for working people. With so much worker organizing happening, we can’t come up short this year. Working people are counting on us. Together we can fund hard-hitting and innovative campaigns to protect our essential workers, hold wealthy corporations accountable, and help build an economy that puts people over profits.
