Friend, it's hard to believe, but here we are at the end of 2022.

Before anything else, I would like to thank you for your support this past year, which has made so much of our progress to battle sexual abuse and exploitation — in all of its forms and on all of its platforms — possible.

Just this year, our movement saw a major victory when a federal judge ruled that a lawsuit against Visa from a survivor of child pornography could move forward. The lawsuit alleges that the payment processor knowingly facilitated the distribution of child pornography on Pornhub. 

As a result, both Mastercard and Visa announced they will extend their policies to stop processing funds for Pornhub memberships and will also stop processing payments for advertisements on MindGeek's pornography websites.
