As we find ourselves at the end of 2022, we wanted to take a minute to share with you a little bit about what we have been able to accomplish this year with your support:
- We represented over 400 individuals with DACA renewal services.

We assisted over 50 individuals with applications for permanent residency (green cards), getting them on a path to US citizenship.
- We helped over 30 individuals apply for US citizenship.
- We assisted over 100 LGBTQ+ asylum seekers with critical legal advocacy applying for exceptions to Title 42, to give them access to the US asylum system and safety inside the US.

We have hosted over a dozen legal clinics in remote parts of New Mexico through our rural legal services programs.
With your support, our team has provided critical legal services that not only help our clients achieve their goals, but also honor their dignity and prioritize empowerment. The impacts of this are best stated in our client's own words:

More than half of our clients receive completely free services, including all survivors of violent crime, abused or abandoned children, refugees, and asylum-seekers. Every client who requests pro bono services will receive them - no client is ever turned away due to inability to pay.
Your contributions help us keep our services accessible to ALL clients, which means that immigrants in our community have access to direct legal advocacy - their own legal representative.
