Folks, if there’s one thing we’ve learned from my election, it’s that we can’t listen to everything that the pundits say.

First, they said that we’d lose this seat. Now, they’re saying that the incoming GOP majority will shut Democrats out from the conversation in the House.

But, here’s the thing – I will get as loud as necessary to make sure your voice is represented in Congress.

I’ve never taken a backseat when it comes to advocating for Nevadans and I don’t intend on doing so now. This brings me to my question – I’ve got my boxing gloves on, so what is it that you want me to fight for in the House?

No matter which of these issues keeps you up at night, know that I’m doing everything I can to make sure your voice is heard.
