Dear FAIR Friend,

We’re in the final push! With just one day to meet our fundraising goal of $70,000, we’ve raised about 38,000 so far.

Our year-end fundraiser is crucial. It’s the biggest of the four fund drives we do all year and makes or breaks our finances for the year to come. In 2022, your donations allowed us to expand our free media literacy resources, cover the midterm elections in depth and keep a close eye on climate change coverage in the corporate press.

In 2023, we want to expand our global coverage to highlight media-neglected regions like Africa and India, ramp up research on social media’s effects on politics and the news, and begin the digitization of more than 30 years of CounterSpin episodes. This work requires resources.

With your help, we can make 2023 our best year yet!

We’re offering two gifts to choose from to thank you for donations of $50 and above.

The first is FAIR’s special edition 35th anniversary T-shirt, featuring a monopoly-busting design by Kim Balthazar-Fetsko that appeared on the October 2011 issue of Extra!. Shirts are union-made in the US.


The other is a tote bag, US-made from eco-friendly material by a licensee/affiliate with the Fair Labor Association.
