Ahead of our end of 2022 fundraising deadline, I wanted to stop by to
share our organizing plans for the upcoming year. With the campaign season
finally over, we're excited to hone in our mutual aid and organizing power
to help strengthen our community networks and continue growing our
grassroots power on the ground.
We have some pretty big plans for our future, but in order to keep pace

Here's what we have in store for 2023:
Honing in on mutual aid
Mutual aid has remained a pillar of the progressive cause, but it's easy
to lose sight of this when we're in the whirlwind of election season.
That's why for 2023, we want to prioritize as many neighborhood mutual aid
efforts as possible to build the financial foundation and manpower of
community organizations and networks.
Strengthening our collective voice and grassroots power
Building collective support for Jamaal's work is one of the ways we can
ensure that our voices are heard in Congress. Through signing and sharing
petitions, connecting on social media, and telling your friends and family
about our progressive vision, we can grow our grassroots power bigger than
ever.
Canvassing and in-person events
Connecting with supporters and neighbors face-to-face is one of the most
effective ways we can grow our grassroots power. As the new cycle begins,
we're finding new ways to connect as a community of grassroots activists
to help further the progressive we're calling for in Congress.
There's so much more we can't wait to share with you in the new year, and
we hope we can count on your support to help make this vision a reality.
