With the new year fast approaching, now is the time to support IJ <[link removed]> and be part of a dynamic and rewarding 2023.

IJ is wrapping up a productive December fueled by our supporters. By joining IJ, you will help us propel this momentum into January—and beyond—without pause.

In Nebraska, the stage is set for a bench trial in IJ’s challenge to the state’s prohibitive Certificate of Need law. Together with our client Marc N’Da, we are fighting back against a government-created monopoly that prevents Marc from expanding his medical transportation business.

As IJ has advocated for more than three decades, every American has a constitutional right to earn an honest living. Through this and 23 other economic liberty cases, we intend to eliminate protectionist barriers in health care and other industries across the country.

But that’s not all we have to look forward to in the new year. We’re ramping up for:

- Six trials and oral arguments in the first few months of the year;

- Four new case launches in January alone;

- 14 substantive briefings scheduled in January, including five appeals;

- Three events bringing together judges, lawyers, and law students alike;

- A brand-new grassroots activism campaign to take on the cosmetology cartel.

These actions are catalysts for change, enforcing our mission to end widespread abuses of government power and secure the constitutional rights promised to all Americans.

It’s going to be a busy year, and it starts now. Support IJ today with a gift of $25 <[link removed]>, $35 <[link removed]>, or $50 <[link removed]> and stand with us in 2023 as we fight to defend the freedoms and liberties that allow all Americans to pursue their dreams.
