Dear John,
In just a few short weeks the ICT team will be leaving for Dharamsala, India where we’ll share affirmations of support with my Tibetan brothers and sisters—sent by ICT supporters from all over the world. Have you added your message yet?
As a Tibetan myself, I know how meaningful it is to have allies and many friends like you who will stand up for the rights of the Tibetan people. And each year, when I return to Dharamsala, I see how messages from ICT members bring hope and joy to the community. Last year, I enjoyed seeing the joy in the faces of many children as they huddled together turning the messages over to see if they could recognize any names and places of where the messages came from.
Your support shows Tibetans that they are not forgotten. That you stand with them in their struggle. And that you affirm the right of all Tibetans to live in peace and freedom.
My people have lived in exile for 60 years now—that’s practically a lifetime. It would be easy to give up hope in a situation like this. But they remain strong, because they know they have support from caring and committed people like you.
Please show Tibetans they have your support by sending a message today.
