John, it's Santiago. When I started this organization at 17 years old, I didn’t know if anyone would take a bunch of high school and college kids trying to mobilize the youth vote seriously.
Now we’ve come so far: Today’s my 21st birthday, and Voters of Tomorrow has become a national organization engaging young people across the country fighting to protect the future of our democracy from the far-right.
To celebrate how much we’ve achieved together (and to celebrate my birthday), I’m asking our supporters to donate $21 for my 21st to raise $21,000, helping us end the year strong and hit our critical End of Year Deadline tomorrow. Can you chip in $21 to reach our goal? >>
Starting Voters of Tomorrow as a highschooler, I had never done something like this before. I had a clear vision, but could never have expected how far we’d come in so little time.
As we grew, we assembled a dream team of young organizers, strategists, and activists. We fought hard to expand our movement, and it paid off.
We delivered HISTORIC levels of youth voter turnout in critical states like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Georgia – preventing a far-right wave and saving our democracy.
The political power of young voters has become more clear than ever before. That’s why Voters of Tomorrow is continuing the fight in 2023 and beyond.
So for my 21st birthday, I’m celebrating the only way I know how: by doing the critical work to make sure we reach every single first-time voter in 2023. But we can’t do it without you, John. Just like you helped us this year, we need you to stand right alongside us in 2023. Will you donate $21 for my 21st and help us reach our End of Year deadline?
I can’t thank you enough for your support,
Santiago Mayer
