Folks — Tomorrow marks our last fundraising deadline of the year before we report how much our campaign has raised — and how many people have donated — this quarter to the Federal Election Commission (FEC). This will be our campaign's first fundraising test ahead of the 2024 election cycle. Our numbers will soon go public and everyone from pundits to potential Republican Senate candidates will see where our fundraising stands. New Mexico's Senate seat is one of 23 that Democrats need to defend in our fight to keep the Senate majority in 2024. Truth be told, my mind is more on building on our wins in the Senate than fundraising. But keeping up our fundraising is key to showing up strong to defend our majority in 2024.
