I’ll start with the serious news: Our final fundraising deadline of 2022 is FAST APPROACHING. And with this 26% gap remaining until we reach our $25,000 goal, I’m worried we won’t hit it in the hours we have left.

As the leader of the MeidasTouch video productions, I’m not joking when I say this: It’s donations from grassroots supporters like you that allow us to make the ads and podcast episodes that get millions of views online and help elect pro-democracy candidates.

When my brothers and I started MeidasTouch, we each sought to lend our individual strengths to something larger than any one of us: a movement to save our democracy.

But we knew that we couldn’t do it alone – and that’s where you and the unapologetically pro-democracy activists of the MeidasMighty came in.

Thanks to you, our hard work since 2020 has really paid off! Trump is out of office, and Georgia’s Senate seats are both BLUE. And this year, we did it again by helping to expand our Democratic majority in the Senate and neutralizing the “Red Wave” into a mere trickle.

Thanks to you, we’ve also established a source of factual reporting, countering both the right-wing propaganda machine and the wishy-washy both-sides approach of more mainstream outlets, which has normalized our current crisis.

Thanks to you, we’ve had the resources to make engaging ads and help achieve what was once thought impossible.

But with just 36 HOURS until this deadline, I am not exaggerating when I say that we need your help more than ever. It’s our last chance of the year to get the resources we’ll need to power this pro-democracy message in 2023 and beyond.
