John, Texas Governor Greg Abbott likes to call himself a Christian, he's closer to a devil. His behavior towards immigrants arriving in Texas has been unconscionable, inexcusable, and evil.

This morally scarred misanthrope, like many of his Republican brethren, likes to make a good show of Jesus' being his Savior. Yet, he apparently never read The Parable of the Good Samaritan, where his God commands Abbott to take care of those he finds penniless, harmed, lost and/or in need of sanctuary on the road.

Abbott, being not simply a hypocrite, but a simmering, toxic ghoul, thrust poor, unsuspecting migrant children in t-shirts onto buses, sending them on an overnight journey to be dumped in front of the Vice President's home in Washington, D.C. in dangerously frigid temperatures.

Will you join us in helping those in need by giving $5, $10, $25, or whatever you can afford to the NILC, who specifically help low-income immigrants and their families.

On Christmas, Ya know, as his Savior would've done.

No matter one's religion, or whether they practice any, it only takes knowing right from wrong and common decency to do the opposite of Abbott. To not purposely dump kids into the streets in temperatures that cause frostbite to exposed skin in minutes. As the National Immigration Law Center (NILC) tweeted, "seeking asylum is a human right--regardless of who you are and where you're from." Damn right.

Let's be better--Far Better--than human oil-spill Abbott this holiday season. In the emergency situation he created, will you join us in helping those in need by giving $5, $10, $25, or whatever you can afford to the NILC, who specifically help low-income immigrants and their families.
