The Department of Environmental Quality has revised the State of Wyoming Capacity Development Strategy. The revisions add asset management to the existing considerations of technical, managerial, and financial capabilities; reorganize passages for clarity; clarify statements and questions throughout the associated worksheets; and correct formatting, numbering, and grammar errors.
