I don't want to take up too much of your time, but I've got some big news, John: A generous group of donors will be TRIPLE MATCHING all donations up to their $150,000 goal! That means your gift today will go three times as far.

Brady is addressing gun violence in all of its forms. That's what makes me so eager to help them in any way I can, and it's why I'm reaching out personally to you today, ahead of their most important fundraising deadline of the year. With every dollar being tripled starting today, I wanted to give you the honor of having your gift matched — will you chip in now to help prevent gun violence and save lives in 2023?

I wish it wasn’t true, John, but this year was another filled with tragedy. Three mass shootings changed communities forever and I really thought something would change. But even after 19 children and two of their teachers were gunned down in their school, far too many lawmakers have failed to act. As a gun violence survivor, I am disgusted and angry — but I’m also motivated.

That’s why I work with Brady. They are leading the charge to make our communities safer from the scourge of guns. They're organizing grassroots support, lobbying Congress, and researching common-sense solutions — and the work is paying off. They are the ones who will push lawmakers to take action to save lives.

Brady can demand change, but it only works if you join them. They can press for life-saving legislation, but it only works if you help fuel that fight. This is about all of us — and your support is critical. But Brady is falling behind on their $150,000 end-of-year goal — the biggest of the entire year. To make up lost ground, we're counting on you to chip in and power the important work that needs to be done in 2023. Remember, if you make a gift now, it will be TRIPLED.
|
That's why I'm personally asking, John: Will you give $5 or more to Brady now — all gifts will be matched — and help them hit their critical end-of-year goal so we can pass common-sense, life-saving gun safety policies, defeat the NRA once and for all, and save lives?

I'm in awe of the work everyone on this team is doing every day to end gun violence in our communities. Thank you so much for your support.
