Formed in 2016, CCJR is a group of conservative leaders and criminal justice advocates decided to explore interest in forming a conservative led advocacy organization focused on pragmatic criminal justice reform.

CCJR's Core Issues:
-Juvenile Reinvestment
- Recodification
- Mental Health
- Community Alternatives to Incarceration/Solutions for Reentry
