Advance our litigation efforts across the states and all the way up to the Supreme Court – including our work against classroom censorship laws that threatens the First Amendment right of students and educators.

Keep up our massive multi-pronged approach to defend those impacted by the immediate harm of Roe's fall, and continue our strategic, long-term efforts to enshrine the right to reproductive care beyond the scope of a single court case, including expanding our work to protect abortion access.

Deploy our full-scale defense against state-level efforts to interfere with free and fair elections in the lead-up to 2024, fight in Congress for our federal voting rights legislation, while also doubling down on our proactive efforts to increase access to the ballot box.

Advancing our defensive and affirmative work in courts, statehouses, and communities as state legislatures in 2023 begin – including protecting trans people's right to access gender-affirming health care, school athletics, bathrooms, and more.
