URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Time is running out to STOP the EPA from approving
bee-killing pesticides!

Wild bee populations are plummeting. Over the last 20 years, populations of rusty-patched bumblebees have dropped 87% , American bumblebee populations have declined nearly 90%, and western bumblebee populations have diminished by 93%.

Now, 40% of ALL insect pollinators, including several bee species, are on the BRINK OF EXTINCTION. Scientists have identified a key contributor to this drastic decline --- the
widespread use of BEE-TOXIC pesticides called neonics -- which have made agriculture nearly 50x more toxic to insects.

The EPA has emphasized “the importance of pollinators for healthy ecosystems and a sustainable food
supply.” And it has even cited neonics as posing “ecological risks of concern, particularly to pollinators.” Yet it STILL may APPROVE neonics for the next 15 years!

The good news is that we still have a chance to STOP the EPA from approving
these bee-killing pesticides -- but only if we act immediately! ADD YOUR NAME

[[link removed]]We rely on bees and other essential pollinators for 1 out of 3 bites of food that we eat. Make no mistake, Friend: If these
pollinators die out, our food system and ecosystems will suffer devastating impacts.

According to the EPA’s own assessment, these harmful neonics are likely to
adversely affect over 75% of all endangered species. Recent studies have even shown that widespread use of neonics may be HARMFUL TO HUMANS -- especially to children.

The EU has already banned the worst neonics. States like Connecticut and
Maryland have enacted curbs on them. But the EPA could still bend to pressure from Big Ag and allow the rampant use
of these bee-toxic pesticides for another 15 years.

Vulnerable bees cannot wait that long, Friend. Your
support today is critical to saving these important pollinators and protecting
our planet before it’s too late. Will you sign the petition right now to tell
the EPA to BAN neonics?
