I'm Felicia, and I just came aboard last week as Hala's campaign manager. She's broken barriers, and she's shown her ability to get real results for Virginians. I just finished a campaign cycle in Georgia — a state where we've seen the extreme lengths that the GOP will go to when they have full control of state government. Voting rights have been attacked, education funding has been cut, and a harsh abortion ban was enacted.

We could see the same — and worse — happen in Virginia if the GOP gains control of the State Senate. Democrats currently hold the majority by a one-seat margin, so Hala's race is a must-win.

As the newest member of Team Ayala, I'm fired up to do my part. But at the end of the day, this race will be won on the strength of grassroots support.

That's why I'm reaching out before our last fundraising deadline of the year to make sure we leave no stone unturned. We need to beat our goal so that we have the resources for volunteer recruitment, field outreach, and digital advertising as the march to Election Day ramps up.
