While pundits and naysayers gleefully predicted a “red wave”, Democrats Serve worked to elect public service Democrats across the country who know first-hand the real-life impact of the policies they’re backing, and who know from experience what it takes to get things done.

And our strategy worked.

From first responders and social workers to educators and congressional staffers – more than 40 of our endorsed candidates won in 2022 by bringing an invaluable and often underrepresented perspective to politics and policy.

The first fundraising totals of the new year will be reported soon after the Federal Election Commission (FEC) deadline on December 31st. It’s critical that we prove supporting candidates in public service is a popular strategy for Democrats.
