And we have a path in 10 more states to protect abortion access for good >>

Friend,

When the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade this summer, they upended the lives of millions of Americans and paved the way for politicians to get involved in our most private medical decisions.

Since then, we’ve seen activists and organizers rise up and find new ways to save our reproductive rights. And that’s precisely what happened this year: Voters in Michigan, Vermont, California, Kentucky, and Montana went to the ballot box and decisively voted to protect their right to abortion access.

Friend: It has never been more important to stand up for reproductive rights than at this very moment. After our success at the ballot box this November, 10 states now remain with pathways for us to use direct democracy to safeguard abortion. Our team at the Fairness Project is leading the charge to protect reproductive rights at the ballot box. Will you support our work in the cycle ahead with a donation towards our End-of-Year goal today?

Since joining the Fairness Project, I’ve seen my fair share of attacks by extremist officials. From reproductive rights to direct democracy itself — they will stop at nothing to strip voters of their power and their rights. But in the process, I learned a critical lesson: When it comes to abortion, these very same extremists expect us to do nothing.

They think we will sit by the sidelines while they pass ban after ban on abortion in the states. We’re already seeing Ohio extremists take steps to do exactly this — 1 of the 10 states we can help voters protect abortion via direct democracy!

In the wake of Roe, we know the best way to ensure our permanent reproductive freedom: the ballot box. We proved it 5 times over this November — but to keep making progress and protect abortion everywhere possible, we need your support, friend.

Fairness Project is leading the charge on state-level ballot measures to protect abortion for good. Will you back our fight to save abortion access with a donation towards our End-of-Year goal today?

Thank you,
