What a year!

Despite predictions of a Red Wave, Democrats had the best midterm performance for a sitting President’s party since 2002, and Arena played an integral role in victories up and down the ballot.

In 2022, we…

Resumed in-person programming;
Trained 743 staffers;
Hit a cycle target of Arena-trained staffers filling 600 political roles;
Reached 50,000 downloads of our Arena Toolbox; and
Played a key part in flipping two state legislative chambers through our Arena Staff Fellows!
