Hello John,
“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment.” ― Brené Brown
In this season of reflection, I’m thinking about connections — connections to people who inspire me to reach higher, challenge me to be better, and care for me when I need it most. It’s people who walk alongside us in our journeys, who lift us up when we’re down, and who help us forge a better future. It’s all about connections!
I’m proud to be a part of an organization, Alliance San Diego, that is connecting people across communities to build collective power to create an inclusive democracy, one where all of us belong. That takes the commitment of people like you and me to bridge the forces that divide us and shape a future where all of us can thrive. |
Alliance San Diego invites you to support our work. From changing narratives to changing policies, every gift you make helps us take on the big and small fights that lead to community wins. This is the work we do to build a bridge to a better future. |
In gratitude for any gift of $150 or more or any new monthly donor at $15+, you will receive a ticket to the 35th annual All Peoples Celebration on Monday, January 16, 2023. This will be our first in-person celebration since 2020! |
In Solidarity, Andrea Guerrero, Executive Director Alliance San Diego
PS: Can’t make a financial contribution today? You can sign up to volunteer at the 35th annual All Peoples Celebration and help make the event a success. |
