need to fight hard for the change and impact that we not only need but

momentum.

But the truth is, our fundraising hasn't been strong enough to keep pace
with our plans to support Jamaal — and if we can't turn it around by the
end of the year, we're going to have to reevaluate key elements of our
campaign in the new year. All the while, our opposition will have big
dollar donors and corporate pacs lining their bank accounts to ensure our
progressive voices are silenced.
As a grassroots campaign, we refuse to take a single dime from predatory
corporate PACs and interest groups who work against our progressive
values. That's because we know the real power lies with the people.
