Building off what Celina wrote in her email last week, it is our pleasure to partner with the dedicated WomenHeart staff, who are committed to identifying and meeting the needs of all those facing heart disease. In the last two years, passionate professionals have joined the Board, adding to the breadth of expertise, backgrounds and experiences in service of women at risk of and living with heart disease. As we reflect back on 2022, it's been a steady climb out of the pandemic. And to mirror some of the words from Celina's email, we are excited to embark on the second year of our 2022-2024 Strategic Plan, with two main goals - to improve our programs to better support our mission and to expand our reach to improve more women's lives around the country - all through the lens of health equity.
Together, we want to say Thank You, to our ardent and generous supporters. You understand that WomenHeart tackles big issues surrounding women with heart disease and that we are changing the lives of women living with or at risk of heart disease.
