Friend,
The unhinged rhetoric and disastrous agenda of increasingly radical Democrats in Congress paints a clear contrast for Americans – and what the rapidly approaching 2020 elections are all about. Friend, this is about American freedom – love of our country and the rule of law – or the failed, angry schemes of socialism. That's why I recently took to the Senate Floor to formally condemn socialism. 
Anybody who says it doesn't matter who gets sent to Washington, DC – that all politicians are the same – needs to look and listen to the actions and words of radical socialist Dems on Capitol Hill like the so-called "Squad" of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley, and Rashida Tlaib. Or the outrageous schemes and demands of the Democrats' 2020 presidential contenders, including seven U.S. Senators, vying to present the most radical socialist agenda on the debate stage. Friend, will you join me in standing up against socialism today? Socialism is not and will never be the answer to America's challenges. We have two paths. One is a path of freedom, prosperity, and economic growth. It's the path that President Trump and I have been working so hard for you in Washington over the last 2 in a half year. The other path is of the New Green Deal, Medicare-for-All, and a government takeover of our lives. We must stand up against socialism and that starts with you today, Friend.
