Hi John— Papi (Hala’s dog) here with a quick pre-New Year's message!

Everyone knows that I am the goodest boy, and that I love to please my mom. And with 2022 about to come to a close, I want her to know just how much grassroots support she has for her campaign.

Unfortunately, I can't give her money as a dog (Trust me, I've tried). So I'm reaching out to you today, because Hala's race is a must-win if Democrats want to hold the State Senate — and she needs to meet her end-of-year finance goals.

If Democrats like Hala enter 2023 without the necessary resources, it will be a very ruff year at the ballot box. And we can't afford to let far-right Republicans take the legislature and gain full control of our healthcare, our economy, and our fundamental rights.
