Hey there,
I’m Mack Hollins, wide receiver, team captain for the Las Vegas Raiders, and 2018 Super Bowl Champion. For the past five years, I’ve also been a Champion Ambassador for Special Olympics.
Back in June I got a chance to attend the Special Olympics USA Games in Orlando and meet some amazing athletes. If I had to define joy for you, I’d say it’s the look those athletes had on their faces after earning their medals on the field. It’s hard to describe in words, but just thinking about it puts a big smile on my face.
Everyone deserves to feel that kind of joy — but right now, millions of people with intellectual disabilities (ID) around the world are still sitting on the sidelines.
That’s why I’m calling on this community of loyal supporters to step up and help spread 3X more joy in 2023 with a gift to Special Olympics.

It’s hard to pin down just one of the many, many reasons I love supporting athletes with Special Olympics. In addition to giving people with ID the opportunity to get out on the playing field, Special Olympics also helps facilitate free health exams for many athletes and trains doctors on how to work with those with ID.
In fact, Special Olympics is the world’s largest public health organization for people with ID. That’s amazing.
I could go on and on, but I think the easiest way to explain why I love working with Special Olympics is this: They spread joy. That’s why I’m excited to hit the ground running in 2023 and help Special Olympics get more people with ID off the bench!Â
Will you join me?
