I hope you’re enjoying the holiday, team.

Today, I’m asking you to sign up for a recurring donation to my campaign. I know that’s a big ask, but I think you’ll understand just why it’s so important once I briefly explain.

Many of my supporters don’t realize just how instrumental monthly, recurring donations were to our victory in November. We couldn’t always predict how the headwinds would shift or what attacks would come our way, but knowing we could count on recurring contributions was huge in helping us plan accordingly. 

Not only that, there were days I knew I wouldn’t be able to fundraise while I prepared for debates, town halls, or interviews. Believe me, team, having the peace of mind that we could expect a modest wave of recurring contributions to hit our account was a game-changer.

I’m set to begin my first term in Congress next week, which means even less time for fundraising as I focus on passing legislation. That makes your recurring donations all the more important in building momentum for the next election. 

So I have to ask:

Will you sign up to chip in a monthly contribution of $5 or more to help us get my re-election efforts off to a strong start?

In such a tightly contested district, your consistent support will go a long way in keeping IL-17 blue for years to come.
