Records Management is a hot topic right now and this role is a fantastic opportunity for a talented person to develop their record management skills. Your role will be to implemenet and promote good records management practices throughout the Council, supporting and enabling business efficiencies through such practices; and taking into account the requirements of Information Rights legislation ensure that information is proactively managed.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:*
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material
High level of understanding and experience of Record management
Good understanding of Information Rights legislation and the impact it has on records management
To be up to date with current Records Management best practice
Ability to write memos and letters in a clear and understandable manner relating to complex legislation
Competent in the use of computers including word processing, spreadsheets, data bases, presentational software and the internet
Good awareness of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018
Ability to work as part of a team in a positive and inclusive manner

Nottingham City Council is looking for Domestic Waste Collectors to operate / collect household waste bins. This will primarily be garden waste but also recycling and residual bins when required. Operatives could also provide a range of gardening, refuse, recycling, grounds maintenance, and cleansing duties throughout the City. To operate flexibly across a range of frontline services depending on the service's needs. We operate a full garden waste collection service between April - September. These collections are then reducedby 50% over October and November.

*ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:*

* Be able to work flexible hours on an annualised hours basis. Work longer or shorter hours throughout different weeks across the numerous working patterns. This also includes weekend working to cover all bank holidays including Good Friday.

* The role requires applicants to be physically fit and able to work outside in all weather conditions.
* Applicants must have a good understanding / knowledge or working in a customer focused environment and have customer care skills to deal with the citiizens of Nottingham on a daily basis.

Have you significant experience of working with children and young people (CYP) with a sensory impairment and are looking for a new challenge? Do you have high expectations and are you committed to improving outcomes for deaf and visually impaired CYP. Do you have the flexibility to work across a range of schools and settings?

Would you welcome the opportunity to be working within a well established Sensory Team supporting CYP with a sensory impairment of all ages and abilities?

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)who can work in partnership with schools, settings and families under the guidance of specialist teachers to deliver packages of support to raise achievement and promote independent learning for CYP with a sensory impairment. You will be expected to travel between settings throughout the day.

The successful candidate will be ICT literate and willing to lead on developing and delivering touch typing programmes across the Inclusive Education Service (IES). This may include delivering training in keyboarding skills and use of specialist software to staff and pupils.
