Hi John,

What makes PJI different from every other nonprofit legal defense organization in America, aside from counseling, representing, defending and winning for our clients, all at no charge to them? No legal ministry or organization is able to extend the help that we provide to multitudes of individuals each year to richly benefit all Americans, in the same, efficient way that PJI does.

How do we stand apart? One way is through our unique fusion of fearlessly defending individuals' religious freedoms, parental rights, and the sanctity of life, combined with our expertise in religious asylum cases and our Center for Public Policy.

Recently, PJIs Ohio attorney, an expert in helping believers gain religious asylum, was able to provide refuge to dozens of Christians. One fellow Christian was detained for a year by the Taliban. Many endure intense persecution and some, horrific torture... Many are at risk of death or have seen family members killed before their eyes.

PJI currently represents numerous persecuted Christians from around the world who have fled death threats in their home countries. In the first case we took on this issue, we were able to obtain religious asylum for a believer from the Middle East who had been tortured for his Christian faith.  We remember James 1:27, “Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.”

>>>Stand with PJI as we stand for those facing persecution!

In addition, PJI is the only nonprofit legal defense organization with an entity like our Center for Public Policy, which for twelve years has contested and vanquished ill-advised bills before they become problematic, unconstitutional or even shameful state laws.  And in the 2022 legislative session, we were successful in derailing a multitude of unconstitutional or even nefarious bills (some downright depraved), just in California alone!

Only PJI utilizes this comprehensive approach, fighting powers that oppress and violate Americans’ rights as well as working with state legislatures to ensure only bills that are constitutionally sound ever become law.
It’s been said, “Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must support it.”  PJI attorneys who make up our Center for Public Policy take the initiative, supporting this constant observance for all Americans.

I’ve never been more pleased by the work that Pacific Justice Institute is doing, all over the country. And we are perfectly positioned, now with 27 offices in 20 states, to fight and win the many battles still in front of us.

This year has been full of incredible stories, battles, and victories—none of which would have been possible without your support.

A significant amount of PJI’s annual support comes in the month of December. This year, generous partners have pledged a matching grant of $350,000, so right now, every gift you give to PJI will be doubled!

Double Your Impact!
Will you give abundantly today to help continue the vital work we do in the service of all Americans?

Thank you for your support.

Running the Race,
Brad Dacus
Founder and President, Pacific Justice Institute

P.S. “My wife and I are so blessed for PJI stepping up and seeking to right things that are wrong...   And having blessed countless people over the years. Thanks for your heart and willingness.”  PJI Supporter
